Who We Are

Our Process
How It Works & What To Expect
Tell Us What's Going On
Whether it's a crisis right now or a need that's been building, share what's happening and we'll listen without judgment.
We Match You to Support
From crisis navigation to peer connections and prevention resources, we connect you to the right kind of help for your situation.
We Help Remove Obstacles
If food, housing, or getting to an appointment stands in the way, we help with that too.

The Need is Real. The Response Must Be Steady.
Veterans and individuals in underserved communities often face increased risk for mental health challenges due to isolation, limited access to care, stigma, and life stressors. Suicide prevention requires more than awareness — it requires trust, access, and connection. Anchor Mental Health Solutions exists to provide that steady support.
Why It Matters
Our Services
How Anchor Supports You
Every program we offer is built around five core ways we support veterans and underserved individuals: helping you navigate crisis and care, connecting you with peers and community, building awareness through prevention and education, and providing practical help through emergency assistance and transportation.
Crisis & Support Navigation
When you or someone you love is in crisis, knowing where to turn can be the hardest part. Anchor helps individuals quickly connect to appropriate crisis services, counseling resources, and mental health care, including coordination with resources such as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline when a higher level of care is needed.
Peer & Community Support
Recovery and stability grow stronger in community. We foster meaningful connection through peer support initiatives and community-centered programs designed to reduce isolation and build resilience for veterans and underserved individuals alike.
Prevention & Education
Awareness saves lives. Anchor provides suicide prevention education and mental health awareness initiatives that strengthen communities and empower individuals to seek support early, before a crisis begins.
Emergency Assistance
Unmet basic needs make it harder to focus on mental health. Anchor connects individuals and families facing crisis with emergency resources for food, housing, and other urgent needs, helping stabilize their situation so they can focus on getting well.
Transportation to Appointments
A missed appointment can mean a missed opportunity for care. We help connect clients with transportation support so distance and access are never the reason someone goes without the mental health care they need.
Be the Anchor. Help Save Lives.
Your support helps us connect people to life-saving resources, build stronger communities, and expand access to compassionate mental health support.
